The Work
Har Koja · 2017–2018
Anywhere collects the displaced: figures and fragments that belong to no fixed place. Painted on canvas and drawn in ink on small sheets of paper, the series moves between monumental statement and private note.
The restrained palette and open ground give each mark the weight of a coordinate on an otherwise empty map.
